PROCESS
PAHRC has developed its operational system to enhance the process of manpower deployment. The system applies from sourcing of applicants, screening, qualifying and trade testing before endorsement to clients for final approval.
PAHRC adopts flexibility to both market demands and market change.
REGULATIONS
Deployment of Filipino workers is subject to governing laws of the land as well as foreign laws where the workers are to be deployed.
PAHRC adheres to the implementation of rules and regulations in accordance with global standards as imposed by concerned statutory and regulatory bodies.
DOCUMENT FOR ACCREDITATION OF CLIENTS
Foreign Employers should be accredited with the POEA before they can hire manpower from the Philippines. Needed documents for accreditation :
- SPA (Special Power of Attorney) in favour of PACIFIC ACE HUMAN RESOURCES CORP.., duly authenticated/verified by Philippine Overseas Labour Office (POLO), at the Philippine Embassy in the Country where workers will be deployed.
A sample copy of which can be provided upon request.
- Demand Letter or Manpower Request addressed to PACIFIC ACE HUMAN RESOURCES CORP. specifying the number, category and salary rates of Workers required, also duly authenticated/verified as above.

- Copy of visa slip from Employer
- Authority to collect Visa, in favour of PACIFIC ACE HUMAN RESOURCES COPR.. addressed to the concerned Embassy.
- Original copy of Employment Contract duly authenticated/verified as above.
- A copy of the Employer’s Business Registration Certificate, with English translation if written in other foreign languages.
- A copy of the passport of Employer’s representative signing the SPA and Demand Letter.
If signed by a person other than the one appearing on the Business Registration Certificate, a Special Power of Attorney authorizing such representative to sign for the registered owner should also be provided.
- An Undertaking to the effect that Employer will immediately repatriates or otherwise take care of Filipino workers in the event of a war outbreak or similar conflicts that may endanger their lives and necessitate their immediate evacuation, including their personal belongings.

- Other documents which the POEA may require (to be advised while accreditation is being processed) .
